Girl of the 90s

…Maybe we were never really cool at all.

Top Hits of the 90s Middle School Dance

You remember the nights when the gym served an ulterior purpose… the nights you spent hours with your friends picking out your best outfit even though nobody could see what you were wearing in the dark anyway.  You remember the nights when you stood by the bleachers hoping someone special would ask you to dance.  You remember waiting in line for a half hour at a time so the DJ would play your favorite song.  We all know you spent hours practicing the moves to “Fishing in the Dark” so that you weren’t the only one standing when the chorus came on.  You remember the anticipated “best nights of your life” that inevitably turned out to be the most awkward and horrific to reflect upon now. If you remember middle school dances, you remember grooving to this mix of 90s classics.

the outfits in those videos…the awesomeness and hideousness of them didn’t even phase me until now. But seriously, couldn’t agree more with the caption put with each video haha!
